God has been so perfect in a way that I do not understand.
I love when he has me always in his right hand.
From the deepest troubles he has taken me out, and made me feel safe.
To the brightest days he has given me making every single second better than “okay”.
God has been so forgiving even in the times where I seem that I may fail.
His love, mercy, and grace combined I am sure I will always prevail.
Even when I go through a difficult time I can always go to sleep at night.
He shows me laughter along the way because he has, will, and always be my light.
I don’t know anyone else that will ever love me the way God does.
Because at the end of the day the Lord was the one who died for me on the cross.

I did this poem after I heard this song, which I have on repeat, and I know I shared this before. However, this song not only speaks the truth but it never gets old.
